Refund Policy

KRE Prime, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have set up the following refund policy to assist you:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

a. We offer refunds for merchandise that has not been worn, washed or altered in any way.

b. Refunds are only available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.

c. Refunds are not available for final sale items.

2. Condition of the Returned Item:

a. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

b. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

3. Initiating the Refund Process:

a. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at or 612-321-8697.

b. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

c. You will receive a return label to print and affix on the package you want to return.

4. Refund Processing:

a. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility and condition requirements.

b. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

c. Shipping charges are not refundable.

5. Exchanges:

a. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

b. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
